Insurance is limited to paying for treatment of medical and mental health disorders. Coaching services are not included in those categories, and therefore I'm unable to accept any insurances.

What I can tell you is that in my personal experience, after spending tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars on various treatments and through conventional medicine means, the answers ended up being much simpler than any of us realized; it was through books, self-help, and holistic approaches, that I was able to finally heal.

Everyone's journey looks different and there is no one way to heal, but I'd be doing a disservice not to share my own experiences, because this is why I've decided to open my own life and health coaching practice: to help people like you who've perhaps tried it all and need a partner and coach to help guide you to true healing. I can be there for you in a way that conventional medicine specialists simply don't have time for. I've gained incredible wisdom through my journey and then schooling, and I'm confident that I can help you, too.

People sometimes feel that they can't afford $295 monthly, and I ask them this: is it worth $295 monthly to regain your joy, peace and confidence? Your best health, so that you can go on to enthusiastically excel in all you do?
